Health Declaration in Galaxy

Update all assigned tickets timely - assignment, progress notes, status update and resolution reason

Meet all assigned ticket SLA

Attend and complete all assigned training and related activities on time including assessment, lab practise, etc

Be 100% contactable during assigned work hours

Complete 100% of the assigned tasks on time

Submit timesheets monthly and no later than the 10th day of the following month

Check site spare inventory and provide status to the asset manager monthly by the 5th day of the month

Ensure that personal support tools are working before each support case (laptop, console cables, USB drive, DVD Writer)

100% compliance to MTS and client side processes
